The North Texas Chapter proudly sponsors this ISACA model curriculum-compliant program, which is only the fourth such offering in the United States. The program consists of ten courses, blending advanced information engineering and managerial techniques with focus topics covering IT control concepts and procedures; technical, environmental, logical, and physical security issues, as well as IT governance structures.
 


The DFW Local Interest Group (LIG) is a non-profit Organization affiliated to the itSMF IT Service Management Forum (http://www.itsmfusa.org/). Their goal is to promote Best Practices in IT Service Management using frameworks and standards such as IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL V3 2011®), COBIT® 4.1, ISO/IEC 20000-1:2011 and TIPA for ITIL® just to name a few.
