Refunds Policy
The North Texas Chapter will, upon request, refund any fees that have been prepaid for a program meeting, seminar, or course if the registrant cannot or does not attend. Only fees prepaid in US currency by PayPal or by check are eligible for refunding. The Chapter will not provide refunds for partial attendance at a program, seminar, or course. The Chapter will consider refunds for dissatisfied participants on a case-by-case basis and any refunds due to participant dissatisfaction must have the approval of the Chapter Board. Requests for refunds should be directed to the Chapter Treasurer using any of the following contact methods:
