Why Join ISACA® and the North Texas Chapter?

Joining or renewing your membership in ISACA (and the North Texas Chapter) is easy - just go to www.isaca.org/join to begin the process. 

 

The following is a breakdown of the costs.  Select one of the following categories:

New Full Memberships

 

When you join the International, you will automatically be assigned to the local chapter closest to you and your local dues will be collected and forwarded to the local chapter.  Joining on-line is the most convenient option, and paying with a credit card is safe and secure.

New Full Member, joining between January 1st and May 31st:

$130.00		International dues
* 30.00		One-time new member fee (*$10.00 if joining on line)
30.00		Local chapter dues
** $190.00		Total outlay (**$160.00 if joining on line)

 

New Full Member, joining between June 1st and August 6th:

$65.00		International dues (one-half of the annual rate)
* 30.00		One-time new member fee (*$10.00 if joining on line)
30.00		Local chapter dues
** $125.00		Total outlay (**$100.00 if joining on line)

 

New Full Member, joining between August 7th and December 31st:

$130.00		International dues (paid up through the following year)
* 30.00		One-time new member fee (*$10.00 if joining on line)
30.00		Local chapter dues (paid up through the following year
** $190.00		Total outlay (**$160.00 if joining on line)

  

Renewal Memberships

To renew your membership, login to your My ISACA home page at www.isaca.org and click on My Renewals on the left panel to begin the renewal process.  You can update your CPE hours during the renewal process, or you can bypass at this time and come back any time later to update them.

 

Renewing Full Member (renewal is on a calendar year basis):

$130.00		International dues
30.00		Local chapter dues
$150.00		Total outlay

Renewing Retired Member (renewal is on a calendar year basis):

$65.00		International dues
0.00		Local chapter dues (waived)
$60.00		Total outlay

 

 

Student Memberships

New and Renewing Student Member, joining any time:

$25.00		International dues
0.00		Local chapter dues (waived)
$25.00		Total outlay

 

Note that full-time Student status must be verified by providing ISACA International with a copy of a current transcript or class schedule.

 

 

University Advocates (e.g. Faculty Advisor)

New and Renewing University Advocates:

$0.00		International dues (waived)
0.00		Local chapter dues (waived)
$0.00		Total outlay

Note that University Advocate membership requests will be given a high level of scrutiny by both ISACA International and the North Texas chapter.

 

 

Certification Maintenance Fees (e.g. CISA®, CISM®)

For members with certifications, we recommend that the certification fee(s) be paid when the membership is renewed.  The fee is $40.00 for each certification, which is also on a calendar year basis.  For example, for a renewing full member with one certification:

40.00		CISA®/CISM® certification fee
